These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Cake Mom website and/or products made by Cake Mom. By purchasing one of our products, you agree to the following terms:

All orders require a 50% percent deposit to reserve desired date/time. Remaining balance is due 7 days before event date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments can be made by Credit Card using Square, PayPal or Cash. Please note that applicable state taxes will be added to each order.

All orders can be picked up if desired. Address will be disclosed after final payment is received. There are no refunds due to no-shows, however, pick ups can be rescheduled. If you choose to pick up your order, Cake Mom is not responsible for any damages once the items leaves our premises. Delivery service is available for $20 (subject to change, depending on location).
